Sponsorship Benefit Levels

The Jazz Preservation Society of New Bern's Jazz and Blues Fest is well on its way to becoming the largest most successful event of its type in eastern North Carolina. Our catchment region extends from the coast to the Raleigh Durham area. We have become an important contributor to the promotion of New Bern and the businesses that serve its residents and visitors. Our first "sold-out" Jazz and Blues Fest was inaugurated in October 2004. In October 2005 we followed that up with a "sold-out" two day fest. With such growing success, we urge all businesses marketing to our local and area community to consider joining as sponsors of this exciting annual event. Jazz Prodigy Title and Presenting Sponsor

- $5,000 Title sponsorship (maximum 2 title sponsors). "Presented by" in all media advertising and promotional materials (posters, flyers, etc.) including our website. Major behind stage banners. One prominent table for up to 10 persons. Title sponsor recognition on stage and in all interviews, articles and other non-advertising PR efforts. Full page inside cover or back cover ad in Fest program. Post concert artist's reception.

Jazz Conductor Major Sponsor

- $2,500 Major Sponsor name and logo placement in all media advertising and promotional materials including our website. Side banner placement in concert hall. One prominent table seating for up to six persons. Full page ad in Fest program. Post concert artist's reception.

Jazz Master Sponsor

- $1,500 Corporate name and logo printed on festival brochures, programs and on website. Half page ad in Fest program. Post concert artist's reception. Four complimentary Fest tickets for reserved tables. Post concert artist's reception.

Jazz Patron

- $1,000 Corporate name and logo printed on festival brochures, programs and on website. Quarter page ad in Fest program. Post concert artist's reception. Two complimentary Fest tickets for reserved tables. Post concert artist's reception.

Jazz Benefactor

- $500 Corporate name and logo printed on festival brochures, programs and on website. Post concert artist's reception. Two complimentary Fest tickets for reserved tables.

Jazz Supporter

- $300 Corporate name and logo printed on festival programs and on website. Post concert artist's reception. Two complimentary tickets to the Fest for reserved tables.
